Great jerseys! Here Person’s Salted Nut Roll and Reese’s meet in Golden Valley, MN. at the Tour D’Amico (TDA) bike ride. These are two of the many ride participants who enjoyed the scenic bike routes and a delicious picnic lunch at the end, on the 4th of July,
This is the 16th year for this holiday ride, hosted by Hiawatha Bicycling Club (HBC) and supported by D’Amico & Son’s Restaurants, Starbucks, Sunrise Cycle and Tonka Cycle, in the Twin Cities.
A perfect day for a post 4th of July ride, though a bit more humid than yesterday.

You didn’t have to be a racer to enjoy the North Star Bicycle Festival yesterday. The antique bike here was promoting the Minnesota Cycling Museum and was a great photo opp. for many who attended the Festival and Grand Prix Race.
The Museum was there at the Festival promoting their open house that coincides with Open Streets, Northeast Minneapolis on July 12th.
Bike Pic of the Day – June 19th is of a tree growing out of this old silo, reason enough for these bicyclists to stop. Site location west of Cedar Falls, about a mile north of Dike, IA.
