Bike Pic Feb. 9, Penn Cycle Fat Tire Loppet was tight

Here the four top fat bike contenders of the 2016 Penn Cycle Fat Tire Loppet battle early and often, last Sunday, jockeying for position on the 35K race course in Minneapolis. MN. Starting at noon in Theodore Wirth Recreational Area, the race course then meandered south around Lake of the Isles, before rounding Lake Calhoun, to the finish.

These four fat bike racers lead the pack reaching the finish line in less than an hour and twenty minutes – 1st place went to Adam Bergman #60233; 2nd place went to Jeff Hall #60095; 3rd place to Matt Acker #60030; and 4th place  Eric Thompson #60212. Bike Pic Jan. 27, fun along the Minnesota River

Fat bike enthusiasts having fun on trails along the Minnesota River, in Bloomington, MN. Here in the photo above shot Saturday at the Penn Cycle ‘Get Phat With Pat’ event, was Teresa Moriarty (115) followed be Kristy Henderson (114) who eventually to the lead in the women’s category.
