Root River Bicycle Tour Pedals through Minnesota History
The inaugural Root River Bluff & Valley Bicycle Tour, last July, explored the small towns along the trail system in Southeast Minnesota. This year Mike Rogers, who participated in last years tour, describes his journey and has registered for this years ride.
