It is National Ice Cream Day, and this bike pic Sunday, It’s time for another Open Streets Minneapolis, on Glenwood Avenue. from 11 am to 5 pm. These events show how congested city streets can become vibrant, pedestrian-friendly boulevards where people can dream, play, and explore.
