Bike Pic March 5, whats wrong with this photo?

With the warm weather becoming more frequent, drive your bike like you would your car, paying attention and staying alert. What are many of the cyclists in this image doing wrong?

All the cyclists in the group are wearing helmets, and some are properly signaling for a left-hand turn. The problem is that the majority of the cyclists here are on the right shoulder, preparing to make a left turn. They have not moved to the far left of the main lane that they are traveling in. Making this an unsafe driving practice. If you were driving a car and approached this group of bicyclist from the rear, would you be confused about their intentions?

Please, Share the Road, drive your bike as you would your car, and enjoy the nice weather!
