On Memorial Day Weekend, up to 500 gravel grinders will take to unpaved routes on fat-tire bikes, starting in the harbor of Grand Marais, Minn. and climbing up the North Shore at the Le Grand du Nord gravel cycling classic on Saturday, May 25, 2019. Le Grand du Nord offers three events for cyclists, including: a 100-mile, 58-mile and 20-mile route. Visitors can enjoy the weekend gravel cycling, great beer and food, and spending time outside with friends and family. All three events end in downtown Grand Marais at Voyageur Brewing Company.
