Established in 1855, the city was named after the recreational waters of Lake Marion, just west of Historic Downtown Lakeville. Today, you will find many paved and off-road trails connecting the parks in the community. You will want to visit and bike, hike, or paddle here frequently. If you’re looking to explore the entire town, then plenty quiet city streets and trails allow for a nice comfortable bike ride.
