The Penn Cycle Twin Cities Fat Tire Loppet. This annual event starts in Theodore Wirth Park, in Minneapolis, MN, on February 3rd. Utilizing the park’s cross country ski trails, this is the only time fat bikes are allowed in the park throughout the winter.
