    The NICA Awards Banquet was held at Clif Bar headquarters, in Emeryville, California, honoring outstanding participants in high school cycling leagues across the U.S. The evening culminated with both a multi-media awards presentation, with several Minnesota recipients and an inspiring presentation by Catharine Pendrel chronicling her incredible career.
