DESCRIPTION:Ladies\, let's get together and have some fun with the Women's 
 Trifecta!\n\nRocket Racing is all about growing the fitness community\, an
 d we couldn’t think of a better way to do that than by bringing a group 
 of women together in the North Metro for a triathlon at beautiful Turtle L
 ake Park. We have three distances to choose from: Sprint\, Aqua Bike\, and
  Virgin!\nWomen's Trifecta options\nVirgin Course | 200 yard swim\, 9.38mi
  bike\, 2 mi run\nSprint Course | 600 yard swim\, 12.34mi bike\, 3.1mi run
 \nAqua Bike | 600 yard swim\, 12.34mi bike\n\nNOTE ABOUT VIRGIN COURSE: Th
 e Virgin Course is designed for our first-time triathletes. If you are an 
 intermediate or advanced athlete\, we ask that you register for the Sprint
  Course (to give these athletes a fair and pleasant first-time experience)
 .\n\nRegistration (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)\nAll registrations come with a s
 hirt\; however\, registering after 6/8/24 will NOT guarantee a specific sh
 irt size on event day. A two- and three-person relay option is available f
