DESCRIPTION:Sign up for the Trinona Triathlon and experience one of the Mid
 west's most celebrated destination triathlons. Choose to race as an indivi
 dual or relay in the beginner-friendly Sprint course or the epic Internati
 onal course. Duathlon is back again for 2024 and follows the sprint course
 \, run-bike-run.\nNew for the Trinona Triathlon\nFor 2024\, consider the A
 quabike! Love to swim and bike but would prefer to skip the run? Aquabike 
 is for you! We are offering both a Short event that follows the Sprint swi
 m and bike course and an Intermediate event that follows the International
  swim and bike course.\nWhether this is your first or your 20th triathlon\
 , we would love to have you join us for this iconic event!\n\nOur Friends 
 and Family division allows you to participate together in a separately des
 ignated transition area and a separate starting wave. We will once again b
 e providing swim angels for those who may need a little more support while
  out on the swim portion of the event. We ask that you indicate that when 
 you register so we have enough angels on hand on race day.\n\nThe Trinona 
 is owned and operated by Storm Sporting Events. Storm Sporting Events is a
  501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote health and w
 ellness while raising awareness for youth mental health through inclusive 
 events for all ages.\n\nOur goal is to raise funds for programs and schola
 rships dedicated to providing essential services in youth mental healthcar
 e. We strive to create a welcoming and positive community with a focus on 
 mental health\, physical activity\, and giving back to others.\n\n1/3 of y
 our registration fee\, along with all donations received from participants
  during registration\, will be used to create\, manage and award education
 al scholarships for individuals pursuing a career in the area of youth men
 tal healthcare. We hope to award our first scholarship in 2024!\n\nThank y
