In its 46th year, the Tour of Minnesota finds another part of the state to explore. On June 19th the annual ride leaves Hastings and meanders south for seven days along the Mississippi River down to Winona, and back.
The Tour of Minnesota follows the Mississippi
Welcome, to this year’s ride, June 19 – 26, 2020. The Tour will be heading to an area of the state known for bluffs, big rivers, and the birthplace of waterskiing. We will start in Hastings and bicycle to Lake City, Winona, Wabasha, Red Wing, and back to Hastings. Over seven days (see route) we will have six days of riding with a day off and a loop day around Lake Pepin.
There is an option for a ferry on the Pearl of the Lake from Lake City to Stockholm, Wisconsin, for a shorter jaunt of 37 miles. The total mileage for the trip is 345 miles. Your mileage may vary.
