The ride begins at Winona Lake Park Lions Shelter. The Tour de Water is a 20 mile urban ride that circumnavigates the communities of Winona and Goodview. Cyclists may choose an alterntaive ride on the flat Lake Bike path loop of 5.2 miles. The “Tour” route features many of Winona’s parks and waterways including the Mississippi River. Proceeds from the ride benefit the Southeast Minnesota and Western Wisconsin Regional Science and Engineering Fair
