DESCRIPTION:Ride The Ridges provides four alternative routes through the Bl
 ufflands of Southeastern Minnesota. From the bluffs overlooking the Missis
 sippi River to lush valleys along meandering streams\, riders enjoy scenic
  vistas while traveling fun and challenging routes ranging from 18 to 106 
 miles. SAG support is provided and friendly volunteers staff rest stops st
 ocked with nutritious snacks and sports drinks. Hosted by the Winona Rotar
 y Club\, proceeds from Ride The Ridges are donated to Feed My Starving Chi
 ldren\, Kids' Summer Lunch Program and Rotary Literacy Projects. Visit the
