SUMMARY:Chainbreaker
DESCRIPTION:Chainbreaker was established with the objective to fund life-sa
 ving cancer research. 100% of every Rider-raised dollar is directed to can
 cer research at the Masonic Cancer Center\, University of Minnesota. Chain
 breaker is a three-day experience that includes a weekend of cycling\, ent
 ertainment and volunteerism.\n\nEvery Rider commits to raising a minimum s
 pecific to the route selected - 25 miles: $1\,000 minimum fundraising comm
 itment\, 50 miles: $1\,250 minimum fundraising commitment\, 100 miles: $1\
 ,500 minimum fundraising commitment\, 180 miles: $2\,000 minimum fundraisi
 ng commitment.\n\nRiders will depart out of Eagan from the Blue Cross Blue
  Shield campus. The route will take riders south and east through Apple Va
 lley\, Rosemount\, Farmington and Hampton. It will then connect with the b
 eautiful Cannon Valley Trail out of Cannon Falls and head due east. The tr
 ail ends near Welch\, MN where the route will veer south and west passing 
 through the small communities of Vasa\, Belle Creek\, Dennison\, and Nerst
 rand\, MN. Riders will continue west until they reach Cannon City. This is
  where the route changes and heads north into Northfield and St. Olaf Coll
 ege where the 100 mile ride will finish and the 180 mile Riders will stay 
 overnight. Safe to say the route will appeal to cyclists of all abilities!
