DESCRIPTION:Come along as Bike Around Minnesota (BAM) traverses the bucolic
  countryside on August 21 -24. This year BAM is headed to central Minnesot
 a\, with overnights in Pequot Lakes\, Pine River\, and Emily. Covering all
  parts of the Brainerd Lakes. Plus the historic riverboat town of Aitkin. 
 This area is a premier vacation destination and outdoor paradise\, boastin
 g more than 500 lakes and rivers and beautiful parks and forests.\nMore on
  BAM\nMileage and terrain: Distances are 55-70 miles per day on paved roa
 ds and trails\, including the undulating Mesabi Trail.  This trail winds 
 through the countryside with plenty of ups and downs\; It is not a rail tr
 ail. The terrain generally gently rolls\, with some climbs and flatter s
 ections.  The tour is intended for cyclists of intermediate ability and a
