It'll be quite the day!

This year's Tour de Fat will be on Saturday July 28th, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., in Loring Park, near downtown Minneapolis, Minn. 

Each year New Belgium Brewing puts on a highly entertaining show and this coming event will be no difference. There will be wacky costumes, crazy bikes for you to try out, awesome music, the traditional car-for-bike swap, and (of course) beer!

This is a unique occasion where drinking beer in the park makes you a philanthropist, so come out and enjoy. All proceeds from Tour de Fat are donated to the Midtown Greenway Coalition, MORC (Minnesota Off-Road Cyclists)BikeMN (Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota).

And for those who can't wait - a Tour de Fat pre-party on Thursday July 26th.

You don't have to wait until the 28th for the Tour de Fat fun to begin. On Thursday July 26th, New Belgium will be hosting the Minneapolis Tour Stop Kickoff at Burrito Loco (418 13th Avenue SE, Dinkytown). 6-9 p.m. free and open to the public, and we'd like to invite all of you to come have some fun, enter the raffle for a New Belgium cruiser (proceeds to the MGC, MORC, and BAM), and build up some excitement for the 28th!
