Crazy, Funny or the Weirdest Thing That Has Happened Or You Have Seen While On A Bike - Naked Unicyclist?

One of the best things about cycling is that anything can happen once you get those wheels rolling—even if you're only commuting to school or work!

Do you have a fun story to share at HaveFunBiking? We would like to challenge you to tell your tale about the craziest, funniest or weirdest thing that has happened to you while riding a bike. It may be worth some HaveFun Bucks'. Here are some amusing examples:

Naked Man Riding A Unicycle Wins Over Goo Packet Blow Out
Richard Harvelhad mentioned the following. "On a recent cross country ride we were riding over a Houston bridge in Texas, on an early Sunday morning when we saw something coming at us that just didn't register. Coming closer we realized it was a man with no cloths on riding a unicycle. As he passed us, he nodded to us, smiled and rode on. At the next rest stop, others in our group who were riding behind noticed the man being arrested."  

The second was with a group of friends riding in France. "We were doing the Mt. Ventoux climb and I had decided I was going to ride from the base to the summit without getting off my bike. About half way up when squeezing out an espresso goo packet the bottom of the packet blew out all over my left glove, fingers and worst of all my light blue bibs. Needless to say, there wasn't much I could do but lick my fingers the best I could and ride on with sticky handlebars. I was quite a sight at the top waiting for my friends to arrive with their laughter about what I had done in my bibs."

Nick Lindsey wrote, "I've been thinking about this all week, and I feel like I really don't have too many super bizarre tales to tell...I guess the usual almost/partially getting hit by cars making blind right hand turns. But one time a friend and I were pedaling through Grand Teton National Park. Just as we hit the top of a short hill, a bear cub came out of a tree. It was as surprised to see us as we were to see it! The cub bolted back into the woods and we sprinted out of there, not wanting to find out where mama bear was!

Wow, too many to list wrote Gene Hamilton. "The funniest thing to happen to me was in Fruita, Colorado. I rode down the entrance to Horse Thief Bench during Fat Tire Bike week. At the bottom of the decent was a group of about 20 riders getting ready to hike out watching me ride down. As I finished the technical section and hit the Easy, nearly flat section of a singletrack they broke in to applause, I looked over to see where the applause was coming from, hit a rock and flipped over! They were stunned, as I rode a section of trail they had never seen someone ride. What was embarrassing, I  end-oed the bike on the easiest section of trail.  They didn't know what to think, I just laughed, brushed off the sand and kept riding.
